The flight to Palma

The flight was at 8:35 so it we set off just before 5:30. It was 0.5 degrees and a layer of ice had to removed from the car before we set off. The Meet and Greet was efficient and it was then a short walk to the Jet2 check in. The flight was uneventful. The lady on the aisle seat on our row took full advantage of the 2 for £11 on the  Prosecco but only managed to drink 3 of the 4 bottles before we landed!

We just had time to sort the paperwork out with Sixt before the bags and bikes came off the conveyor and were out of the airport and on our way to Port De Pollenca. We stopped at the Lidl in Inca for provisions. It open until 3:00pm on a Sunday. It's a different apartment this year and we are just off the Pine Walk. The directions proved to be excellent and the code to get the key worked.

The bikes were assembled and Maria the owner came round about 7:00pm to check everything was OK and get the rest of the balance the rental.

The apartment is excellent and the only issue we had was we could not connect to the Internet. She had sorted it by breakfast time.
